I have had this live account for some time, and today it said my password was incorrect. When attempting to reset my password it said my account didn't exist. I couldn't get help without signing in, which is pretty dumb tbh, so I created this account. Because I can't sign in to this account, I can't access my computer because it's linked to it. This is a pretty crappy situation. Since it said my account wasn't there, I tried to create it, it said the account was active. If it's active, why can't I access it?
