Photo sent from Picasa to email address. LiveMail stuck in trying to receive it.  Hard reboot doesn't work, restore doesn't work, stop button greyed out, so far nothing works.  What else can I try?  Don't want to totally uninstall Live Mail.  If you respond to my email address, I won't be able to get it.
