My problem is with option sent to. When I want to attach something I right click and click sent to but sometimes its not working and sometimes it does. There is no pattern. This is happening with outlook and eclient also. Windows help advise me to post here that question.

Everything was working fine before I ve done clean install of win10 and now after I did it this is happening.
