I have not been able to receive my emails on LiveMail since 8/2/17. My provider is Wowway.com and I can read my emails at their website but it is not very convenient. I've spoken to someone at Wowway.com and confirmed by settings are correct - POP3 and Port: 110. When trying to open LiveMail is get the following message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the wowway (kkhk50) account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.
 
Server: 'pop3.mail.wowway.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110

Secure(SSL): No

I've tried everything in my limited knowledge to fix this to no avail. Questions like mine about this problem seem to have fixes specific to certain service providers. Is there anyone here that can help? It's driving me crazy.
