I am running windows 7 64 bit freshly installed on a new computer, I have downloaded essentials to use live mail. The first time I opened it it worked fine, next time I booted up the computer Live mail would not work, just tells me "live mail has stopped working"   I have tried ALL the solutions I can find on the internet - KB2454826 is not on my updates so cannot delete that!!, I have tried repair and spend hours looking for a solution, uninstalled it and reinstalled, this resulted in it not working either. Please help as its doing my head in!!!!
