Hi All,

 i have a problem with the above and have looked at the options suggested in similar posts and none have worked. the hotmail account is set to default and also i use a gmail account. I have windows 7 professional but keep getting this message.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail.co.uk (martin.lahiffe) account.

Server Error: 3219
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

live mail has been trying to sync for 2 days...

Gmail seems fine.

Any help would be appreciated
