I have a hotmail account.

I am using Live mail as my client on a Windows 7 computer.

I received an email from Microsoft advising that Live mail would not work properly after the end of June 2016.

I have now upgraded from Win 7 to Windows 10.

I have just set up my mail account in the mail software embeded in Windows 10......Version 17.6965.40901.0

Whilst all my folders now appear in Win 10 mail only the Inbox and Sent items appear to be populated.

All my other folders such as drafts, and the folders I have created such as holidays etc etc are empty.

I have gone to these folders and clicked the synch button which whirls around for a bit and then says nothing to Synch!

No error codes have appeared

I can export mail from Live Mail but how can I import it into Win 10 mail?

Microsoft assured me in their email as follows:-  "Rest assured, you can always access your email by logging into Out‍look‍.‍com from any web browser, and you will continue to have access to all your data that is currently in Windows Live Mail 2012."

Does this not apply to the Win 10 mail ap then?

Comments awaited please..........Tx
