In Live Mail when I first open it, all new messages have a different icon now. Instead of showing a yellow, unopened envelope, it shows a partially opened envelope with the bottom right corner folded up.  It's not the regular "opened" envelope icon. These are new messages that I haven't read. To be able to read my messages, I have to open one of the messages, close it and then re-open it in order for it to download. After I open the first message that way, then the rest of them will open with a single click. It's like the messages aren't downloading completely and getting "stuck" somewhere until I open one of the unread messages. I have tried the repair function and it said repairs were made, but nothing changed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Live Mail, but I continue to get the same partially opened envelope on each new message. Along with this problem, it doesn't automatically check for new messages and hitting the Update All button doesn't do anything. However, if I open one of the unread messages (by opening it twice), then it automatically refreshes and I get my new mail. Could somebody possibly help (in plain English - I'm not up on all the techy language)?
