When I tried to open Live Mail today, it did not open from any link (shortcut, program menu, etc).

I have tried repairing it by going to the Control Panel, and clicking "uninstall/change" for Windows Live Essentials, but nothing happens.  It is as if the program no longer exists, although I last used it only 3 days' ago, and it was fine.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

PS: I can access my email account via my ISP, so my account is unaffected.
