live mail has a screen that says live mail locked, but I can read the live mail. I have to click off the screen each time too. How to get rid of the screen

When I go to live mail I can send and receive.   There is always a screen that  pops up saying password tried too many times and is locked.  It works, but I have to get rid of the screen each time.  How do I remove this screen?
