Does anyone know how to contact microsoft re missing folder content.  I have had a paid email service for years as an msn.com but now it's changed over and today I discovered that all my hundreds of stored emails in folders are all gone.  The folders remain but the contents are empty.  I'm going crazy.  So much valuable information.  Please, can anyone help me.  I've tried looking on my computer but to no avail.  But then why would my internet emails be on my hard drive as some have suggested??? Please help asap.  I cannot find any way to contact Microsoft directly.
