My computer crashed recently.  I use Windows Live Mail and when I downloaded that to my new computer, all of my email folders are gone and some of my email addresses are there.  All of my emails are gone.  Is there any way to get them back?  

Also, what do I need to do now on my new computer to save my folders, etc. - in case this happens again.  All of my other items on my computer were backed up on Carbonite and have been put on my new computer.
