Ever since our phone & internet went down on Friday last week, I've been unable to open WLM.

I'm getting a pop up box saying it's checking for new messages on clear.net and below that "finishing current message" but nothing happens.

I've been into my clearnet webmail a/c and there were some new messages in the inbox since Friday ... nothing stuck in the outbox.

How do I fix the problem with them not dropping into WLM
