I use Windows 7, Live Mail.  My ISP is Comcast.  I had some professional repair work done my computer several weeks ago.  Everything worked well.  Two weekends ago Live Mail didn't work at all.  I called Comcast.  They replied they were doing maintenance on email programs.  Things returned to normal.  Now I can receive emails but sending is hit-and-miss.  The Error message is 0X800CCC0E.  The written part says:  "Connection to your server has failed."  As for the tasks:  "Check for new message on 'Comcast..." - Completed.  "Send 1 message using 'Comcast..." - Failed.  M3-User
