Every few days Windows Live Mail asks for my password and won't accept it. I change it, change it on the accounts page, go to my email ISP and change to a different password. Nothing helps. I check for viruses, I uninstall and reinstall Windows Live, I restore to a different day. Usually one of these things works but for the past week I've had no luck. I get an error message that says my account is locked by another ...I just went to check the error message and see that for the first time in 5 days my new emails are loading! Before writing this plea for help I tried pausing my anti-virus program as a last resort. Has anyone heard of the anti-virus screwing with Window Live Mail? I am running Windows 10 and use Avast Anti Virus program.
