I will try to make this short yet understandable.  I had to change the password on my sons live mail.

I was sent the code to change it by way of my wife's email account.

After changing the password when I try to sign in I am told to check the inbox for instructions.

I can not check the inbox because live mail will not let me sign in, because they want to be sure it is me

Very frustrating...I can send emails from the account but I cannot access the inbox
