I use Live Mail for seven email accounts with addresses which include 2 with @btinternet, one with @gmail and four with @aol. I am on Windows 7.
Live mail works perfectly for 6 of the accounts, but the seventh - with an aol address - has suddenly failed to load any details and I get an error message to say the IMAP server is not responding.
I deleted the offending account from Live Mail and then reinstated it as a new account (with all the same settings). However, it is still not being recognised/loaded.
There does not seem to be a problem at the aol end as I can view the full contents of the said account both in Firefox on this PC and on my iPad.
This failure has materialised within the last 48 hours and is a particular mystery as the other three @aol accounts all load normally.
Can anyone suggest what is happening and a solution.
