Unable to send or receive messages for the Charter (mcmallatt) account. Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. Could not download new messages from the IMAP server.

I keep getting this error, have deleted account and reinstalled, have deleted program and reinstalled, mail comes up once then will go into this error the next time live mail runs
