I'm the husband and the family "Tech". My wife does not like computers. She has her own separate computer but only uses it for some websites and email.
It is 2/5 and she had not been on the computer since about 12/1.
She started computer to access her email on LiveMail2012. It tried to download her mail but came up with an error

The server URRL is https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/sync.aspx.
The password is the same for the Microsoft for the computer logon and on the Microsoft web page.
Outlook on 10 receives all the mail which is only since start of 2016.
No help on the phone which directed me to this area.

Also I had the computer verify the Essentials programs. Saw that in one of the messages. Now lost all her saved mail. Is this recoverable?
