I've used Windows live mail for several years on Windows 8.1 without having problems exporting the files as backup to my hard disk. Since February the program only copy a structure without emails to the hard drive. Has Microsoft changed in Live Mail 2012 or have I got some settings wrong. I plan to update to Windows 10 and need my emails with me.
