My Live Mail no longer connects to my server.  Initial respnse when trying to go online is 'email' cancelled.  Checking error message shows error 0x800CCC0D.  In an attempt to recover it I removed account and then added it again.  All this succeeded in doing was to lose all my saved emails!  Any ideas?
