This just started last night.  I've read a lot of posts on this and have tried a lot of the suggestions:

Uninstall via CMD & re-install

Did a repair via Control Panel/Programs

Ran a Registry Cleaner program

Ran the program to verify & correct any Windows file issues

Deleted the Windows Mail entry from the Registry

Did a restart after each step and nothing has helped the situation.  The error also suggests turning off the Anti-Virus program.  I use Kaspersky Anti-Virus and have turned off the email scanning, then also turned the whole program off - no joy.  Am at my wits end on where to go next & looking for help.

It's Windows 7, 64 bit and Windows Live Mail 2012
