Having major issues trying to update apps on my Nokia Lumia, to the point where it is now becoming unusable. Basically it calls for me to log in to my Live.com account to update. I only set up a Live account when I started using my Nokia phone as it told me I had to. I have tried all my usual passwords but it won't log in. I have tried the forgotten password options, the verification email address listed is no longer in use so I am unable to use that and I have tried filling in the verification form but I am unable to answer hardly any of the questions as I do not use my live account for sending emails. I have tried emailing Microsoft but they basically came back with some automated response which wasn't helpful at all. I feel like I am at a dead end with this and I can't see any other way than to factory reset the phone and register another Live email address? Any help would be much appreciated
