Our Live.com email has been automatically converted to Outlook, and we are unable to view, retrieve or find any emails, contacts etc both prior & post upgrade.  We are on Windows 8.  Can still locate and view all emails etc on Windows 7 computers.  Any ideas on what we need to do? And yes, we have read, read and read again the threads and suggested fixes in the Community, to no avail.  Have even talked with the IT dudes in the international organization that I work for - no idea either.

Please help us.
