I hope someone out there can help me. It would seem that my Live.co.uk email account was hacked on 8 December 2013 and a lot of malicious emails were sent to all of the people in my sent folder. However, my sent emails (folder) have remained intact, and so have the deleted ones. I can still access my account so I changed the password and all looked okay. Except for one thing, I have't received any email since, and there should be a fair number especially because I asked a couple of friends to send me test emails - they haven't arrived.

Is it possible that inward email is somehow being blocked centrally? If yes, how do I go about getting this back up and running? Of course, I would rather not have to change email addresses if at all possible.

For information, I do not use any email client program on my PC, I just access the account via internet only.
