Hi,

I set a live.co.uk account up for my daughter at birth, this was so I could email pictures and messages and document her childhood with the intent of giving her access in years to come.

The problem is that now it has been converted to Outlook everything is missing, all the memories are gone and I dont know if these can be recovered?

I have gone to the sent folders of the email addresses used to send and managed to find a few, however, the majority were sent from another live.co.uk account that now appears to have been hacked. As such the sent box only contains 1 email which is spam.

Im at a real dead end here and would be greatful for any advice as to how to recover this for my little girl.
