I have had my hotmail accounts since Feb. 2002, and instead of having to remember two different passwords, I had them linked. At the end of July, 2013 my one account was gone. I thought I had until August to do something about my linked account, but
I didn't get even that amount of time to work with. I attempted to get my deleted account back. I had set up a phone number for the account, and I answered the security questions. Of course my answers, even though they were 100% accurate, were not accepted.
I still have one hot mail account, however on the deleted account, were years of photos of my daughter, her dance recitals, photos that other mothers had sent me. My daughter is beyond upset, as I am. I have attempted to phone various numbers, but there was
no help provided to me, so I am attempting to use this forum. I never had any problem with my hotmail accounts being hacked, and everything was perfect for years, until this switch to not allow linked accounts. I don't care about everything else I lost, including
all my contacts, and personal emails. I figure they are gone. The photos though I do care about.
