I have a lesser used Hotmail account which I wanted to POP-IN to my primary Hotmail account because now Linked Accounts feature is not available. When I try to add a POP account it says to use 'Linked Accounts' and when I click the Linked Accounts it says the page does not exist.

How do I circumvent around this issue?
