I am getting a message when I click on my default librarys.

"pictures.library-ms is no longer working"
this library can be safely deleted.

So what the heck ??

Also my pictures, using PHOTO APP, says the pictures are there, I just can't see them?  Screen is blank/

New to windows 8.

Any help appreciated.
