How does one get Level II/III support for hotmail issues or does it even exist? My problem is I receive numerous UCE's in my junk folder and all the appropriate filters and settings are in place on my end and I still get them even if I manually block them. I know this is not on my end and is a problem with the mail servers but all this forum has to offer (no disrespect intended) is numerous advisors repeating what actions need to be taken on my end which are as I said already in place. Is there a paid service to get better filtering.
