Hi,

 

Emails that I send from my business email domain to Hotmail/outlook.com addresses always end up in the recipients junk email folder, despite the emails being legitimate. Therefore I am losing business because they think I am not replying.

 

I have read the article at https://blu176.mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx - and everything at my side appears to be setup correctly, eg the SPF record etc.

 

How can I stop the emails going into the junk folder?
