I have tried setting the Keyboard->Shortcuts to All Controls however when I try to delete emails in Outlook 2011 I can't seem to use the keyboard to change my button selection from cancel to delete?  Is this a Mac thing or something to do with Outlook specifically?  Is anyone else having this problem and if so can the help with a solution?
