I have had problems loging in both Jan 07th and Jan 08th, 2013! My account is a paid account. I use Windows 7 and IE is version 9.
Sometimes I can get through to the screen where the email address and password are filled in.
Other times I can't get through to this screen at all. Regardless, I can't get in.
I've tried to login using Chrome and a Netbook, but it is the same.

A friend has been able to access his Hotmail account through my IE, my Chrome and my Netbook.
The problem is definitly attached to my email address and password.
Several months ago I had a problem with someone using my email address to bounce messages off my account to people on my contacts list.
I would appreciate what ever you can do as this is a business account.
