I’ve used Hotmail for YEARS, all email is gone. I’ve logged in within 270 days! WTH???

I have several Hotmail accounts.  The one I've had the longest is now EMPTY!!  Please do not come back and tell me it was marked as inactive because I have logged into it within 270 days.  This is ridiculous.
