please can you help I've lost my emails after my account was renamed to Outlook.com. I didn't click a link at all or was asked if I wanted to rename it.

I couldn't get into the account from last Tuesday 10 Sept. I was redirected to Outlook.com. When I finally got into the account it was empty.

How do I get my old emails back please?

This is not great and seem to be loads of people in this situation.
