All of a sudden when I try to sign into outlook.com ( formerly Hotmail) I get  you must enter a code, and what email address do you want it sent it to. It won't let me put in my outlook account it just puts in a sky email address which I never use and don't know anything about. I've tried phoning sky, but they say it is a Microsoft problem. I would be most grateful if anyone could help.
