My name is Jason and i need some help please.

I've had to open a second hotmail account because my first account has been frozen due to someone else using it. 

I've tried to log on to my old account but failed because i couldn't get passed the recovery page.I've tried to get the support service to contact me but they are yet to do so. I've tried to contact microsoft by phone and they gave me a link to https://support.microsoft.com/getsupport which was useless. I couldn't even have a chat or send a email.

People have been ringing me up and telling me  that I'm sending them virus's. I would really appreciate being able to log onto my account so i can send all my contacts an email warning them about the virus.

PLEASE HELP ME
