I am very fed up now seeing this message repeatedly. " It seems like someone else using your account" Team please take a note that i have tried filling up the information as per my sent box in  the form several times.

The most interesting thing is when i click on I cant access my account then it does not give me options to retrieve my account accept for clicking on the option I dont have access to any one of these.

Now, i have filled up the form 24 hours ago and was supposed to receive update from Microsoft about the retrieval but did not receive any update. Therefore i request you to kindly step in further and help me get my email account access back.
