Our school's email was upgraded by Microsoft from Hotmail to Outlook 365. During that transition, I messed up my password and got locked out. I now get "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect user ID or password." and when trying to recover the account, I get "It looks like your account has been blocked".
I've contacted the admin at the school and she said that as soon as Microsoft moved the account, she lost her ability to admin these accounts.
I've chatted with the Charles L at "Microsoft account" on Outlook.com and Skydrive support and he recommend that I should post my question.
So, how can I get an account unblocked if no one has access to the admin of it??
