I can't access my mom's account every time she or i try to log in that message appears and then the next page asks How do you want to receive your security code?  and there's only 2 options and one is for it to be sent to my email but the problem is my email is spelled incorrectly at the end it says @hotmai.com when it should be @hotmail.com. And me and my mother have sent the account verification form many times only to have it fail. Is there any way to access my mom's account?
