Hello.
I have been getting this message for months and I have followed the steps I need to take in order to get back into my account.

1: I have requested the validation code to be sent to my linked email address about ten times, NO CODE HAS BEEN SENT.

2: I have followed the validation process, Given as much information as I can, case sensitive information too. BUT I AM DENIED.

3: I have changed mu password, STILL NOTHING.

4: I have answered MY secret question that I setup, STILL NOTHING

5: I have requested validation code to be sent is to my other email which has been linked for years, I have answered my secret question which only I know, I have gone through the account recovery process which I have to input all of above (only I know this information) and you still saying I have to do it all over again for what? to get denied? ONLY I KNOW THIS INFORMATION.

I see this is becoming a regular problem, why? 
Microsoft, We have done our bit, followed "your terms and conditions"  so don't you think it's time to do your part ?
Do not send me around the same track I have been around, I have covered everything but yet still denied access to my own account.
i want to speak to a human being PLEASE.

PS: I have changed my password and still I get the message "It looks like someone else might be using your account "
What? Why? it's me using my account.......I just changed my password.......

PSS: after 8 months of persistence it finally paid off, I am back into my account am awaiting the update security info time to go by.
