“It looks like someone else might be using your account” error message

I've seen there is hundreds of people having this issue, I am not able to reach my old email account,

and I cannot answer those stupid questions either, because I seldom use this account to send email.

But it is am important account for me, because I use it to receive all my bills!!!

I still have the mobile number I used to register this account, why can't you just use my phone to verify me instead a bunch of stupid questions!!!

Please I need this to be fixed, please someone contact me and I can provide the account which is blocked.
