Hi, I'm getting the "It looks like someone else might be using your account" error.

I've done a search and filled out a recovery where you put in as much data as you remember about your account. I got an email sent to a different email account of mine saying that the information provided wasn't good enough, though I provided them with..

My first name that I put on the account.

My last name that I put on the account.

My PASSWORD that I use for that account.

The country I signed up the account for.

The state I signed up the account for.

The post code I signed up the account for.

The person I keep in contact with the most on my account.

I use this account on a regular basis for certain things, none of which is spamming, but I don't remember custom folder names I made or the titles of the most recent emails.

It would be perfectly clear based on the IP address of whoever it is that's accessing my account that it wouldn't match the country I'm in.

I can also provide proof of another account of mine on a different forum, which 100% logs my IP addresses used, so it would 100% match my hotmail account.

Please, I need this account back as I have many important files saved there!
