Hello-

I am currently receiving the "It looks like someone else might be using your account" message when I try to log-in.

Unfortunately, when I try to get a verification code, the only email address available is my school email, which was deactivated about 4 years ago.

I've done the questionnaire 3 times, which only gives me password reset instructions. When I reset my password and try to log in, alas, I get "It looks like someone else might be using your account". Done this 3 times as of now.

This is extremely frustrating because I can not access my Xbox Live account (which I'm still getting charged for), and I can't access my certification information necessary for my job.

I've spoken with Microsoft support twice, who advised me to "fill out the questionnaire". Thanks guys.

Also spoken to Xbox support, who couldn't help because the account had to be fixed at the Microsoft level first.

I'm BEGGING someone, please help me remedy this issue. I can send you a picture of my drivers license if I have to for verification.
