My Hotmail account is completely inaccessible:  on computers, smartphones.  Those devices will not even acknowledge a Hotmail account of mine.  The iPad announces that the server connection is unavailable. 

This has been going on since at least as early as 11:00 A.M. EST.

My husband has a Hotmail account and his access is undisturbed.

Why?

Where are all of my messages, folders, contact, etc.?
