Would someone be able to help me with the above subjects which I am having trouble in getting the right answer to.

My first question is: What does the abbreviation "IT" stand for?
                                  a, International Training.
                                  b, Interrogation techniques.
                                  c, Ideal Terminology.
                                  d, Information Technology.     ( I gave B as my answer, but it has come back marked as wrong).

My second question is: To prevent loss of data it is good practice regularly to

                                           a, back up files.     ( I gave A as my answer, but it is wrong also).
                                           b, format files.
                                           c, store disks.
                                           d, clean discs.

My third question is:  Which of the following is software?
                                        a, CPU.
                                        b, Disk drive.             ( I gave B as my answer also wrong)
                                        c, Operating system.
                                        d, Mouse.

I would go for answer C to the first question, Go for B to second question, and third question C.

I would be very grateful if some kind person out there would be able to help with the above? I am about to learn from scratch how to work with PC Repair & Upgrading.

I have tried to google these questions but I am not getting what I am looking for, getting a bit frustrating for me.

If somebody gives me the answers that I am lookin for how do you thank them on here, as this is my first time looking for the of the community.
