I purchased for my company an Office 365 license along with a laptop on May 17.
In May 24 The technician has installed the software on the same but informed me that the performance was not adequate use.
I contacted the company that sold me the PC and we have it replaced with a more powerful.
On 26 May I then formatted the PC and the 27 I took the new one, are no longer able to riistallare the software on the new PC because the license is open on the one returned.
I license but does not make me access because it says I was advised to DISCONNECT the pasword is wrong, I've already replaced twice but will not let me proceed.
There progherei to intervene because I need to use the program as we are at the end of the month and I have to realize of the accounting entries.
What I said a traceability: purchase invoice rendered 2nd purchase .....
It was opened by the technical practice: 1341382085 while my mail is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
