Hello,

I had windows 8 which worked perfectly for what I needed. I used the Windows Live Email app and never had any problems. I have been putting Windows 10 off for a long as I can remember until I left my laptop on without realising my 4 hours was up and it automatically started. I dislike the new Windows Live Email app, it doesn't do what I need it to for my POP email accounts so have moved to Outlook instead. I have added one account so far just to get set up and have a play as it's a lot newer to what I use at work. 

Unfortunately since adding this email account to Outlook on my laptop, the emails on my Iphone 6 no longer show as read or are removed when I read or delete them from Outlook. I have Googled and scoured the net and Outlook for nearly two hours now to try and resolve this but cannot understand what I am doing wrong.

Please help!
