Dear Sir/Madam.

When transferring about 12000 photos from my windows photo gallery to an external drive, had to abort it after some problems, when I opened photo gallery all my photos had the date modified to 1/1/2014, irrespective of the actual dates that the photos were taken from 2007 to 2015. The photos are intact, only all 12000 have the same dates. When I go into preview, properties I can restore the photos to my original dates, but doing each individual photo will take a very long time. Will system restore be able to rectify this problem. I am still running operating system Vista Proff Proff and windows photo gallery 2007. Hope my explanation is clear, if you do know anyother way will appreciate same. Thank you,
