Issues with outlook/hotmail on Android

Hello, my hotmail/outlook account has been working great on my phone till today. All of a sudden it was not connecting to the exchange/outlook server. I tried deleting and recreating the account on the phone multiple times using these instructions:

I also tried changing my primary alias from one to another.

It sometimes takes the account fine, but then gives the error that can't contact the exchange server and sometimes it won't get past the part where you send the credentials.

I would rather not post my email address to the public, so if you need that information, please give me information on how to send you that in regards to this issue.
